Equipment Rental Agreement

This template is intended for individuals and businesses renting out or renting equipment for payment. The agreement sets out the rental period and fee, security deposit arrangements, rules for using and returning the equipment, and the parties’ responsibilities for damage, loss, and other losses.

3. Complete all required fields, including the lessor’s and lessee’s details, equipment description, rental period, rental fee, security deposit, equipment value, and other applicable terms. Complete the parties’ details in the table provided at the end of the agreement.

4. Review the completed agreement and save or print it for signing.

5. After the equipment has been returned, complete the attached Equipment Return Report.
