What this template is for
This template is intended for employers and employees who wish to terminate employment by mutual written agreement in accordance with Section 114 of the Labour Law of the Republic of Latvia. Unlike an employee’s notice of termination, termination by mutual agreement requires the consent of both parties.
The agreement allows the parties to specify the employment termination date and set out the employer’s and employee’s main obligations in connection with the termination of employment and final settlement.
How to fill it in
